Be Prepared

Beginner Class
Students practice hand releases

Mr. Frymire returned this week and kept students active both mentally and physically  working hard to improve. The black belt class ran as usual on Sunday while class was canceled on Monday due to the extreme temperatures, but class ran Tuesday and Thursday night despite the cold.

Students need to be coming to class prepared. This includes being in full uniform (clean) with a properly tied belt, and if a shirt is worn underneath it needs to be plain white (no writing or logos) and tucked in. Students should present their quiz answers to an instructor bi-weekly and students with practice logs need to have them initialed by an instructor weekly. For students who have sparring equipment, equipment should be cleaned regularly with a bleach free solution (rubbing alcohol works great).
